Refund Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
We want every member and client to get real value from working with us. This policy summarizes how cancellations and refunds work. Your written agreement contains the specific terms for your engagement.
Peer advisory membership
- First-meeting assurance: if after your first full group meeting you feel the group isn't a fit, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund fees paid for that first meeting period, or move you to a different group if one is available.
- Ending membership: you may cancel with 60 days' written notice. Fees are owed through the notice period; any prepaid fees beyond it are refunded.
- If we end your membership for reasons other than a breach of our terms, we refund prepaid fees for the unused period.
Executive coaching
- Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged or forfeited.
- You may end a coaching engagement with 30 days' written notice; prepaid sessions not used by the end of the notice period are refunded.
Strategic planning retreats and team engagements
- Cancel 30 or more days before the retreat: full refund of fees paid, less any non-refundable venue costs we've incurred on your behalf.
- Cancel 8–29 days before: you may reschedule once within six months at no charge, or receive a 50% refund of the facilitation fee.
- Cancel 7 days or fewer before: the facilitation fee is non-refundable, but we'll apply it toward a rescheduled date within six months.
Workshops
- Cancel 14 or more days before: full refund.
- Cancel 7–13 days before: reschedule at no charge or receive a 50% refund.
- Fewer than 7 days: credit toward a future workshop within six months.
If we cancel
If we cancel a session, retreat, or workshop and can't offer a mutually acceptable new date, you receive a full refund for that session.
How to request a refund
Email support@ceoamerica.us or call (214) 748-3926 with your name, company, the program, and the reason for your request. We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
