These terms apply to programs and services provided by CEO America, Inc. ("CEO America," "we," "us"), 2207 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75201, and to your use of ceoamerica.us. Each engagement is also governed by a written membership or service agreement; if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Our services

We provide CEO peer advisory groups, executive coaching, facilitated strategic planning, leadership team development, succession planning support, and workshops.

Not professional advice

Our facilitators, coaches, and guest speakers share perspectives and frameworks. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice, and nothing in our programs creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions. Advice from fellow group members is their personal opinion.
