Executive in a bright office

Program 02

Executive Coaching

A dedicated thinking partner for the decisions only you can make. Coaching is private, practical, and focused on how you lead — not just what you know.

Common coaching focus areas

Delegation

Letting go of work that no longer needs you, without losing visibility.

Decision-making

Structuring hard calls on people, capital, and priorities.

Communication

Difficult conversations, feedback, and leading through change.

Time & focus

Protecting time for strategy instead of firefighting.

Building your bench

Developing the leaders who report to you.

New-role transitions

Support for newly promoted presidents and second-generation leaders.

How coaching works

Engagements typically run six to twelve months so habits have time to change.

  1. 01

    Intake & goals

We agree on two or three outcomes that matter most, in writing.

  2. 02

    Optional 360 input

Confidential interviews with people you work with, if you choose.

  3. 03

    Regular sessions

Ninety-minute sessions twice a month, in person or by video.

  4. 04

    Progress reviews

Every quarter we check progress against the goals and adjust.

Coaching FAQ

Can my company pay for coaching?

Yes. Even when the company pays, what you discuss in sessions stays between you and your coach unless you choose to share it.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on leadership and business performance. It isn't a substitute for counseling or medical care, and we'll encourage you to seek those when appropriate.
